We could spend thousands of dollars trying to beef up our home’s security system, but nothing protects a home like a loyal dog. Not only will our pups chase away any intruder, but they can also detect any intruder even without seeing them. And once our fur babies spot these perpetrators, they will definitely chase them off the property.
But as it turns out, our doggos are also aware if they are encroaching on others’ private space, and this is demonstrated in the hilarious video below. It’s a clip of doggos and ducks fighting, but don’t you worry, as it’s not a violent video. In fact, what transpired was unbelievably adorable!
This cute scene took place at Lorrie Brown’s property in Branson, Missouri. Lorrie and her Golden Retrievers used to go to dog parks and walking trails before COVID-19. But since these places were closed down when the pandemic took over, the dog mom decided to create a walking trail right on their property.
The Browns have created a ten-mile trail that has a camping area and a cabin. They also managed to create a pond, much to the delight of the wild ducks that frequent the Browns’ property. These feathered guests basically lived around the pond, and they pretty much claimed it as their own.
That’s why when the Golden Retrievers took a dip in the pond, the ducks were quick to react, and they were pretty aggressive! As Lorrie’s fur babies swam around the pond, the ducks chased them away, and they pecked on the poor pups’ ears.
Luckily, the doggos didn’t fight back as they knew that the pond had become the ducks’ domain. It’s quite ironic considering that the pond is in Lorrie’s property, which the doggos should be protecting. Nevertheless, it made a hilarious video that animal lovers will surely enjoy.
