One day, a dog was discovered inside a trash can at a high school. His ears were severed, and he was obviously abandoned there to die. It was just heartbreaking knowing that a heartless person easily abandoned such an innocent creature.
Haley is the coordinator of public relations of an animal shelter in town and upon learning about the dog, she decided to care for it. She first encountered the dog when it was brought to the animal shelter where she works. She was heartbroken by the dog’s wretched appearance and realized she had to help in his rehabilitation.
The following day, she adopted him and gave him the name Piglet.
Piglet is an excellent and resilient dog. Haley was astounded by how quickly he began to trust her.
During the first two weeks, he was in considerable agony, but as he began to feel better, he began bouncing around Haley’s house.
Haley would bring Piglet to her bed the first few evenings and let him sleep beside her. He would curl up alongside her and snore like a piglet.
Consequently, it is simple to see why Haley named him Piglet. Even other individuals frequently commented on his pig-like appearance.
Haley had another dog, Jasper, and he and Piglet got along incredibly well. The woman enjoyed observing them frequently while they played. Jasper would pull at Piglet’s skin, and Piglet would simply lay down and allow Jasper to do as he pleased. Piglet didn’t seem bothered by what Jasper was doing and let him be.
One day, Haley was approached by a prospective adopter who is also a rescuer. The fact that she worked at a veterinary hospital made her an ideal candidate to become Piglet’s new owner. Haley did not hesitate to let Piglet to be with that person, and he soon began a new and fulfilling life.
It is nice to know that you’re in the best hands now, Piglet!
